Q: What time do orders get processed and shipped out at?
A: We offer same day shipping all orders are processed at 2 PM Eastern Central Time. Orders received after that will be processed the next business day. All of our orders are shipped by USPS.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail that will include your tracking number. You can then go to www.usps.com to track your shipment(s).
What happens once I place my order?
A: Upon completion of your order on our website, we will process your credit card and screen the information to ensure information authenticity with the bank. Once we successfully screened your credit card information, we will process and ship your order. If your order is placed into our system prior to 2 P.M. Eastern Central Time (EST), we will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 2 P.M EST will be shipped the following business day.
Orders processed over the weekend or statutory holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. We ship using United States Postal Services (USPS) which ensures efficient and timely worldwide delivery. At the end of each business day if your order has been processed on-time you will receive an email from us that includes your personalized tracking number which will allow you to track your order at any time using the USPS website. All international orders require a signature and some US domestic orders do as well. .
Q: What days of the year are you closed?

Q: What happens in case my package gets intercepted by customs?
In certain circumstances it is possible and not unusual that your countries custom officials may want to inspect the incoming package(s), never the less their is nothing to worry about, because we do not ship product(s) to any country or state where the particular product is deemed illegal by state or the countries laws. Therefore, customs official should swiftly clear your package past inspection and onwards to your home or place of business. However, in certain cases officials may want to perform tests on certain product(s) in order to determine whether or not it abides by local laws, this process can take up to 30 days depending on your countries procedures. In case your package gets seized or destroy due to insufficient information, or a decision by the official to do so we will make a second attempt at shipping your item. If this attempt fails we will provide you with a full refund
Note: Rest assured that the above mentioned worse case scenario is in the very rare case that customs official(s) decide to destroy the product(s) that were mailed to you. In most countries based on our experience the product is simply returned to us with a note (insufficient information) or denied. The denial could be for a number of reason including very strict agricultural laws that protect local eco-systems and does not mean that they denied it due to illegality of contents. Customs procedure is very complex, the agent(s) have to balance a whole number of different laws, and act as the representative of many different departments in regards to enforcement, so do not misconstrue a denial.
